The interior renovation of an arena within an Indigenous community, this project was divided into three phases for a full refurbishment of the facility. The first phase focused on providing a new entrance lobby with an elevator, thermal upgrades to the roof and walls and mechnical upgrades. The second phase saw the replacement of the ice slab and refrigeration piping as well as providing new dasher boards and refrigeration controls. Finally, a new refrigeration plant was created along with a zamboni room, change rooms, community rooms, public washrooms and a concession area, and the banquet hall featured on the second floor was updated.
